Our background and experience has allowed us to solve major logistical issues with creating backpacker teams, sourcing a hard working and reliable workforce with excellent communication skills has dramatically improved our farms' efficiency. Our hands-on experience in agriculture has allowed us to offer more and more services, giving the grower the opportunity to focus on what they do best: growing!
Our employees are selected from a competitive vetting system including detailed applications and face-to-face interviews in most cases.
